I purchased the Lottogenius application and used it as I was advised by their online spokesperson. I did not receive any results. The spokesperson said that if you ask for a refund by 2 weeks your refund will be granted no questions asked. I made my purchase on 09/04/2025. I have asked them 3 times as of 09/16/2025. I filled out a form for the refund like they requested and they keep replying asking me to complete the same form. Their site will not allow me to upload my receipts. I emailed them copies of my receipts twice.
