This product uses an AI generated interview w Oprah about their product. That’s where I was convinced to try it. I ordered the full 6 months worth of product. It arrived in a fairly timely manner BUT the product was nothing but turmeric supplements. And, after dealing w this company, who knows what was in those capsules!! I immediately felt scammed. This was nothing like what they advertised. And I can go down my street and buy a bottle of turmeric for under ten bucks! What a joke! I took them for a brief period just to say u *tried* it. I contacted the company within my return window dates and requested a refund. They advertise a guaranteed, no questions asked, return of your purchase if requested within 60 days. Ha!! No questions asked? I had to jump thru hoop after hoop after hoop with this company. First they offered me “coaching” to go along w my purchase. I said no. Then they offered I could get 1:/2 my money back, keep the product and coaching. Then they offered 75% of my money back and I could keep the product. Then they had me fill out a long and very detailed survey about my purchase, how I used it and why I’m returning it. They even required I submit a video to them stating all the original info (mailed TO me) like tracking info, order #, and lots of details that could trip a person up. Then I received a tracking # and UPS link from them to use w my return. Odd since I had to be the one to initiate and pay shipping back to them. So I took it to the ups store, spoke w/the mgr. and he told me that it was Not a valid ups #. All of these occurrences made me have to continue corresponding with the Prozenith vendor and their affiliate CLickBank. They were not nice. They told me how this did not work becuz of me. That 98% of people had success but I. Really needed to give it a longer try. At this point it was getting personal and felt like harassment. I know without a doubt they were counting on me to give up or to run beyond my return window or not have one tiny data point they were requiring for a return. Trust me it was very tempting to give up but this was for over $300. So I persisted. Finally I did receive my refund (minus my $15 shipping) but it was the hardest “guaranteed” refund I’d ever had to pursue. The company (Prozenith) is a scam. The affiliate they use-ClickBank- was decent to work with but they also made me jump thru lots of hoops! This was my fault for falling for an obvious scam. I’ve learned a lesson. I received my refund only because I persisted for many weeks and because I keep the details noted for everything I purchase. I’m writing this to help keep others from falling victim to these people. They were horrible to deal with and I believe they’re cheating people out of their money for a product not related to weight loss whatsoever! Absolute fake advertising. Sad that others would scam folks who are looking for a way to help themselves and then to start personalizing it that it was my fault and my lack of effort as to unit did not work.
