I clicked on an Instagram ad for timers from Efficana and ordered two. The confirmation email arrived shortly thereafter. When I didn’t hear anything for ten days, I reached out asked for an update. Their customer service representative gave me a boilerplate answer about their shipping policy stating they have up to ten business days to ship the product without addressing my order. I waited another three business days to reply. At this time, there was an attempted charge on my account for $29.99 from them for a membership I did not sign up for. In my reply, I requested a cancellation on the order and refund on both the timers and membership. Another week later, no refund, no reply which brings me here and to my bank to dispute the charges. I have attempted to cancel the membership twice. You have to Google “Efficana membership cancellation” to find the cancellation page – it’s not available through their main website. In fact, you have to go to a different URL, then you find a form to submit for “review” rather than the typical automated membership cancellation page legitimate companies use.
