The other side of this document had a RESPOND BY 9/20/2025 date and a Virginia LLC Code 13.1-1062. A request to mail your payment in with the required form, qr code and payment methods that could be used along with the words "safe and secure SSL Encrypted". I had my address under Step 1 to verify the accuracy of the pre-printed business information & Step 2 asked for my signature "I authorize an electronic signature on behalf on the limited liability company. I understand that Next Step Filings is not a government agency, is not affiliated, and not providing legal service."
