I placed an order on July 27, 2025 and haven't received the products yet. (September 17, 2025) I have exchanged 10 emails with this company. Initially they said that they resent the order. When it had not arrived after 2 weeks and I couldn't find any tracking information, I requested information to process a refund. Since September 12, 2025 there have been 10 emails sent between the company and myself. I haven't received any information to process a refund. The only response I get is to "please be patient."
