This company is fraudulent they will make up every excuse to not pay you or give you a refund when your account ms won’t link in there site or you simply just don’t average service (site says they offer refunds). There 2 addresses are virtual addresses so there not real and the phone number is disconnected along with the number they called me from that is an invalid number. They kept telling me there site was updating so they couldn’t refund, just excuse after excuse. So I went on chat gpt and created a cease and desist letter and sent it out today via email (I had 5 diff reps reach out trying to get my to stay) and I have the refund sent back to me already. It’s ridiculous that it takes all this but I urge everyone that is trying to get a refund to do the same. Good luck and stay far away from this bs credit site
