Description
I placed a clothing order via an Instagram link for a business called Montclair Wear on August 14th 2025. On September 1st, I visited the website linked to my order to place a request with customer service asking for an update on my order as payment was received, but I had not heard about my order being shipped. Customer service responded within 2 days and told me my order was being prioritized for shipment. I waited 2 weeks and reached back out by replying to the email thread (see attached). After a day, I did not hear back. I just now went to visit their website to submit another customer service post, and the website is no longer in service!
