Description
“Winchester Medical – Express Response Department” asked me to pay $32.75 for “lab testing.” I have never been a patient at Winchester Medical and do not owe them money. The letter used a P.O. Box in Farmingdale, NY (11735-0230), phone number (866) 441-4730, and a website link (https://arspay.ondacks.com) for payment. The letter threatened to send me to collections if I did not pay. I confirmed that Winchester Medical Center in Virginia does not bill from this address or phone number. I believe this is an imposter scam attempting to collect money fraudulently by pretending to be a medical provider.
