Saw ad on Instagram about a space-saving bench that converts into a picnic table offered by the vendor. Ordered two Platinum Gray benches on July 13. Instead of two picnic benches what was delivered was a small package with two USB cables. The vendor states that the item was delivered. I am not disputing that AN ITEM was delivered, I am disputing that I did not receive two picnic benches. I did not file a dispute the date that I received the cables because interestingly enough, I had ordered a Mason Jeannie that did not have the USB cables and I thought by a gesture of Goodwill the vendor had sent me USB cables. I did not issue my dispute with my credit union until July 30th because the expected date of delivery provided by the vendor was July 28th. When I tried to contact the vendor by phone, there was no one available to provide assistance which is why I filed the dispute. I also sent an email to the company on and as of today have not received a response. There are 56 negative reviews on trustpilot.com with similar experiences.
