Description
I received a call from a lady saying she was from Quick Book. She said we had a credit of $850.00 from over billing. She told me go into my account to see if the credit was apply. I told her, I did not see any credits. She said she will need to transferred me over to someone name Zoe to get the credit applied. I put them on hold and ask my manager about him expecting a phone call or any credit for Quick Book. He said no. I got back on the line and ask, what was this credit for and how does this come about. The caller said that they were supposed to only charge two percent on the bill and it was over billed. Zoe ask me to screenshot my August statement and to text it or email it to her. She said, the statement does not have any of your bank info on it. ( So I can trust her in a sense.) She said, we handle all of your over billing account. I asked for her email and phone number (Zoe- 520-274-3145 [email protected] ) I told her I will call her back. She seems shocked and I hung up. I believed the caller was trying to get my email or phone number access, not the billing statement and that was why she mention about the bank account.
