Description
I purchased a dog fence from an ad on FaceBook. It initially said the company was Wayfair. I received an email saying product was shipped. When I try to track it I’m taken to a page that gives me a “404 page does not exist” error. My invoice shows I paid $71 but my bank statement shows they took 98.39. The name on the statement is MMIIM WAN CHAI HK. They also took out an International fee in a separate transaction of $2.95. The email to contact for customer service is [email protected] Also it stated the carrier is ZYD.
