They used the name of a clothing site I was familar with (Soft Surroundings). The site has good quality products. The clothing was deeply discounted, and they used the lure of free merchandise along with already deep discounts. I became suspicious when the order took so long to arrive. I emailed them and got an immediate response. The tracking service they were using was one I was unfamiliar with (track718.us). After over 1 month, the tracking service said it delivered on 9/12/2025. The package was no where to be found. They continued to give me the run around by suggesting I ask neighbors, my leasing office, etc. to see if they had the package. So far, they have not offered a refund.
