I ordered the product from their website and got a confirmation email saying they would email again when the order shipped. After 3 weeks and no word from them, I emailed them asking where my order was. They told me that the stock was low but would be shipping soon. Another couple weeks goes by and still nothing. I sent another email asking what's goin on and to just go ahead and cancel my order. They assured me it was on the way within 24 hours. Another week...nothing. They said the same thing, 24 hours. I again said to cancel the order and refund me. They still haven't and keep saying the order is on its way. No matter what I say to them, they won't refund my money. They also charged me a monthly fee of $32.50 that they never told me about
