Roofer: wanted to examine my home, told l the caller, no, after which, she promptly hung up on me. Called her number back to ask for a supervisor and was greeted by a male. He knew my name, although we've never met. I asked to speak to a manager/supervisor and was told that would not be possible. Asked again and the guy hung up. (Any legitimate business has a contact for their CO. Period.) I've tried calling back, but they refuse to answer the phone. My fear is that they will try to market their product (?) with no delivery to our elderly or our those that cannot discern good intentions from bad. The little bit of research I could do only resulted in frustration. Please help stop these scammers. Thx
