Description
I purchased an item on May 28, 2025 for $161.97. I emailed customer support on Jun 22, 2025 when I saw that the tracking information on the package had not been updated to show that the item was shipped. They said for multiple weeks that it would be shipped, but by August 3rd it still hadn't shipped, so I requested a refund. They said they would provide a refund multiple times, but I've had to repeatedly email them and they keep saying they're processing it, but there is no evidence they are processing anything. In total, I've had 20 email back-and-forth emails. They refuse to provide a phone number for escalation.
