I ordered products from the company I didn’t receive what I ordered. I contacted the company via email. They offered me %15 back as a refund. They stated that it would cost me more to return the items. I turned own the offered and asked to be provided with the return address. They email me this long message stating all the problems and expenses that I would incur sending the items to China. The return address is in China although the shipment came from California. I think that the company provide you with an address in China to keep the customer from returning their items. The items are very poor quality and they send items that you didn’t order. I normally read reviews on company before doing business with them, but failed to do so with this company. They are definitely a scam and should be shut down.
