Do NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY no matter how much of a deal you think your getting THEY WILL TAKE YOUR PAYMENT FROM YOUR BANK AND U WILL NEVER RECEIVE THE ITEMS. after making a purchase on August 3,2025 I waited for my package . I never received the package by August 23,2025. The company was emailed to ask where my items were and the company responded with a tracking number that was not linked to UPS or FEDEX. I was not able to pull up my package anywhere with the number they gave me. When I asked them why I was told that I could only use this tracking number WITH THEIR website with the link they provided. So when I did that it showed my package was delivered successfully. No this entire company is running a scam to take money never ship the items and never refund your money. This is now two months into this and still no refund and a lot of excuses as to why. They said they will offer me a 50% refund at first I told them no I didn't receive any item why would I agree to that or told him I wanted a full refund they emailed me back offered me a 90% refund I told them absolutely not I want a 100% of my money back since I did not ever receive any items they finally said okay we will give you your 100% refund however it can take up to 25 days for this to happen they're buying time they're never going to give me my money and I know this so I'm basically just want to warn any other consumer to please stay far away from this company they are scamming people tick tock should be responsible for them because they are on their platform selling items to people please stay away from this company NOOKWEAR.COM
