Description
August 14. Ordered Bra from Comfiela. Requested to return via support services at [email protected] and [email protected]. They had sent the wrong bra and I wanted to return due to wrong bra and the wrong size. I contacted the company through various emails and received the standard email of getting my email but to a no reply address. The email indicated I would be contacted within 24 hours to which they wanted the information. On September 13, I sent the information as a copy of my order. I did not receive a response. My last email to them was Sept 15 which is 31 days after my order. I am assuming the typical response will be 50% refund and not full refund. I want a full refund
