Description

This company pretended to already be my home warranty company by sending me past due notices with my mortgage company information. When we called they said we would be renewing the service, we are signed with American Home Shield so it was assumed we were re-signing with them. When I received an e-mail from a generic Home Warranty company instead, I asked to cancel. The company has since refused to cancel and says I also owe them money. I will not pay for a scam, and they continue to call about a "past due balance" for a scam warranty.
