I received a voicemail on 9/15 from an an 'unknown' number, from Sean Adams at the 'Massachusetts State Processing Center' (whatever THAT is). He stated that a law firm (Jennings and Moore 888 798-6048) has a summons for me for garnishment of wages and also provided a 'case number'. I called the attorney's office and was told that I am being sued for $2,875.15 for a VIP Loan Shop loan from 2019. I explained that I NEVER took out this loan...I have NEVER taken out a payday loan. Also, I never received ANY paperwork over the last 6 years that would have alerted me to this situation. The rep from the attorney's office told me I would have to go to court to fight this.
