I ordered two shirts and never received them. It’s been four months. The first time I reached out I did receive a response from “customer service”. I have reached out five other times since then with no response. Below is the response they gave me before ghosting: ***** Thanks for reaching out! Due to an influx of orders and inquiries, our systems have experienced an issue that our engineers have just resolved. We're now getting back to all pending emails, which will be answered in the order they were received, so please bear with us, and we'll get back to you as fast as we can. Kindly do not open more tickets. If your order doesn't have a tracking number yet, rest assured that our fulfillment team is working very hard shipping out all orders. If your order has a tracking number but is stuck with customs, this should change in 7-10 business days and will be delivered eventually. Please keep in mind that if a chargeback is filed, the bank will freeze the charge and will not allow us to process any refund. It can take between 30 and 90 days for your bank to finalize its decision, with no guarantee that the funds will be returned to you. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Many thanks!
