I made an order at the website ForestField for a lovely women's jacket. The cost was $40.00. When the package was received, the item inside resembled nothing of what was ordered. I contact ForestField (Venstore) to let them know I was returning the item as it did not resemble what was ordered. They wanted to insist the correct item was shipped. I disputed this representation. They wanted me to keep the incorrect item and refund $20.00. I responded no and that I expected a full refund. While this was going on, Venstore used my credit card for a subscription which they said was clearly displayed on the website. I said I did not subscribe and wanted a full refund of their fraudulent use of my credit card. Venstore cancelled the subscription and later, issued a full refund. Once the return item was received at their virtual location, I also received a refund for the purchase amount. Attached is a picture of the item ordered. I couldn't upload the picture of the item received.
