Description
This company advertised cowboy hats on Instagram and Facebook. I ordered a hat, received something totally different and received it damaged from being shipped in a box too small. I have reached out through their email, which is the only form of communication they have, several times and only received two replies which gave no instruction on how to return the hat. I have disputed the charge with my bank.
