Description
I placed an an order for clothing stating “guaranteed shipping” for a US company.. Turns out this is a company that shipped from China. What was supposed to take 5-7 days never arrived even when it was reportedly was delivered (over a month later). I contacted the company requesting they make it right and deliver within a week as they promised. They requested 7-14 days to deliver. I declined stating they did not uphold the timeframe or guaranteed delivery. In addition, they offered a “60% refund”. I declined. They offered a 90% refund. I told them I was filing a claim with my credit card company. They are a scam.
