I ordered a dress from wright-mason.com. The dress that arrived did not match the pictures and was very poor quality. When I emailed them to return it, they offered to give me 10% back to let me keep it. They then offered 20% and 30%, stating that shipping it back to China would cost me at least $25 and there was no guarantee I would receive my money back.
