Description
Today, 09/12/2025, I received a "Recorded Deed Notice" from a business called PROPERTY SITE. It is requesting $128.00 by 10/03/2025 so they can send me a recommended copy of my "Property Assessment Profile" including a complimentary copy of my "current Grant Deed or other record of title." It's stated, in the small print, that "This is not a bill. This is a solicitation. You are under no legal obligation to pay the amount stated, unless you accept this offer. If you are not 100% satisfied with this product, simply return it within 30 days for a full refund." I didn't fall for this. All I can say is, read the fine print. The information they offer is something you can easily get from the county where your property is located, and it might not cost you a dime.
