I saw an advertisement on Facebook that I could receive the Phlur Vanilla & Cream Body Mist Duo for a discounted price of 49% off. When I went to the website I was able to select my two products from a variety of, what was advertised and portrayed as, genuine Phlur products. After selecting my products I followed the prompts for shipping and checkout, where I was charged $34.72. On the website it stated that Depictoanw was located in the United States. They are in fact located in China. I received my products 24 days later. The products that I received were not the Phlur brand that I was promised. Instead I received 2 different brands, one called Roxelis and the other called Koec. I immediately emailed their customer service and let them know that I did not receive what I ordered and asked for either a full refund or for the correct items to be sent to me. Their response was "Have you tried it? All in all we believe that you will love it". They told me that if I wanted to return the order it would be $40-$50 in shipping since it was sent from China or that they could compensate me $4, allowing me to keep the items or dispose of it at my convenience. This company not only falsely advertises products but will try to scam you for more money than when you initially spent. Buyer beware.
