I have used their AI app which give 14 days trial and from there I can decide whether to go ahead with the subscription and it was indicated in their plans monthly and not year subscriptions which I found it’s a scam when Prezi charged me annually instead of monthly. This violates the consumer rights and protection as the company used deception and fraud.
