This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.
I ordered ONE book in July and they charged me and sent the book. Then I got charged AGAIN in August, nothing else sent to me. Apparently I am on a membership. Went to cancel my membership, got charged AGAIN in September with nothing sent to me. They do not answer emails or have a real phone number. This is a huge scam. I need to change my debit card now.
