I applied on Indeed for a remote position at Hausmann Construction. In the email it said they were going to review other candidates. However, they were going to refer me to interview at Jordan Valley Construction Inc ., which I thought was odd who applies somewhere and then they refer you to a different company. When following up on job leads, I research said company Jordan Valley Construction Inc . - company exists but no website. In the email, it did have a website, when I clicked on it was blank. Weird...how come there is a website link in the email but no website when I look them up online. Something doesn't sound right. I see a link of someone who reported them that followed all instructions given for said interview. They wanted candidates to download an app... yeah no to set up an interview? The person later says that when they spoke with them they wanted to know who they bank with.. A part of me is shocked but I have heard of fake job listings being on the rise. Indeed should vet job postings regularly. I'm glad I found the BBB scam report a good samaritan reported. Below is the instructions in the email which are consistent with the other report: We happily received your application for the Remote Data Entry , Customer Service , Administrative Assistant , role at Hausmann Construction .
