Description

Seller made claims that vision would improve with use of the product (NoBlu Vision glasses); ostensibly, one's eyes would adjust and would improve their vision. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. If it walks like a scam, quacks like a scam, it probably is a scam. They claim on their FAQ's that they give full refund for 30 days. I bought the product on August 12, 2025. I emailed them on September 11, 2025 at their [email protected] email address to create a paper trail to prove that I had attempted in good faith to return within the return window. I paid $7.90 out of pocket for shipping USPS Ground Advantage. I paid $53.44 for the product. They tried to nickel and dime me and said they'd only pay me back $33 some odd dollars and that they charged a "restocking fee of 15%". I spoke with a "Gary" whose voice didn't match the name. Lol. I asked for a full refund. He said no. I asked to speak with his supervisor. He put me on hold for 2-3 minutes and then came back and said his supervisor was "busy" and that "he will call you back in 10--15 minutes." I told him it was about 9pm already. I couldn't wait. I alluded to the fact that if they didn't refund me, they'd hear a lot more from me via BBB, TrustPilot, Google Reviews, IC3 (Internet crimes), the A.G's office, as well as I might get my attorney involved. He offered a full refund. What about my shipping costs? They are not to be believed. Their customer service was shoddy, disrespectful, haphazard and treacherous. Don't waste your time/ money. These guys are the definition of fraudulence.
