They sent an email about a job opportunity and asked for my resume. I sent the resume and then they replied back indicating that the resume is not in ATS friendly format and that I should go to https://atsreadyresumes.com to convert my resume to ATS ready resume. The ATS resume service that they mentioned is a paid service for $17.
