Description
I was contacted by someone claiming to be "Dr. Humberto," who said they were the general supervisor at Prialto. They sent me a text message and conducted an interview entirely via text, asking about my skill set, what I could offer, and my availability. This immediately seemed suspicious, as it’s unusual for a legitimate employer to conduct an interview this way and offer a job before any real conversation. After answering the initial questions, I did some research and discovered that this was indeed a scam. I then texted the number back to inform them that I knew they were a scammer and that I would be reporting them. After that, they stopped responding with the urgency they had before. I hope no one falls victim to this and loses their hard-earned money.
