We ordered the two ghost girls based on the description of Lumisly.net website. Order numbers as follows: Order # L25114Y 8/21/2025 $55.10 SDH - SDH0074575015 So, onto the complaint ... As stated, on the website ... It states they move by motion sensors & movement detection and even interacts with people. It then states under that "The ghost girl is not just a Halloween figure... she is an interactive experience powered by artificial intelligence. Thanks to motion sensors and a programmed response system, the figure can detect the presence of nearby people and react in real time, with a size of 4.5ft ideal for your garden" Then, yet again, in the FAQ it states the following: Q: Does the ghost girl move on her own? A: Yes, it moves alone. It has a motion sensor that activates it automatically when someone approaches, giving a feeling of terror in your home and making Halloween live 100% Q: How does it detect people? A: The figure uses an infrared (PIR) motion sensor, the same type of sensor used in automatic lights or alarm systems. This sensor detects changes in body heat and movement within its field of view. ----- It says the item is 4.5 ft in height, well as you can see from the picture I attached of the girls next to a phone, it's pretty obvious they are not that size but barely over 1 foot. They are metal with only one side painted; the other side is completely blank. There is no possible way for these to be Interactive/motion censored or however they say it, It is all completely false.
