Description
I paid $6,000 to LeadingDigitalEcom.com after they advertised a clear money-back guarantee in their videos. When I realized the program was not as promised, I requested a refund. Instead of honoring their guarantee, they denied my request, removed me from the program, and blocked me on all communication channels. I was outside the country for a period due to my father’s passing, which is why some time has passed and I can no longer dispute the transaction through my credit card company. However, I still have all the email records proving my refund request and their refusal. Additionally, their lawyer contacted me and threatened me to remove my online reviews about my experience. I consider this extremely unethical and abusive. They are making unfair profits by keeping my money without delivering the promised service, and also silencing customers through intimidation. I am severely impacted by this financial loss, and I am asking the BBB to take action against this company’s deceptive and threatening practices.
