Hello. I placed an order for clothes with PrettyLittleThing via their website on August 27th 2025. The order was supposed to be delivered on Sept 6th however it has yet to arrive. Not to mention there has no been no movement with the package since August 28th. I've attempted to reach out to them through an automated text messaging system they have as well as an email address i found online and no one has replied to me. I did some investigating and found that multiple people have left comments on their Instagram page saying they have been scammed by this business. They either haven't received their orders or haven't received refunds.
