Description
Promo on Instagram advertised Hoka running shoes for $29.99. After shipping, total cost $37.98. After two weeks and no product delivery, I contacted the customer service via email and have received response with tracking information. After multiple emails, and no product, I finally contacted Dick's Sporting Goods and was notified this was a scam. The email address used to confirm the order: [email protected] Below is the email info received when I requested info on the order: From: [email protected] To: [email protected] Sat, Aug 9 at 12:21 PM Hi,Sorry for keeping you waiting for so long.your order has been packed and shipped and is being delivered to its destination. your order has been shipped, your tracking number is: ACM269601949CY Please check through the website: https://t.17track.net/en.
