This is a scam site with multiple different aliases. Their other names are Valvari and Olvari and is now going mostly by Deneva. I have filed a separate FTC complaint concerning Olvari where they were charging me 29.99 a month for a service I did not explicitly consent to. They also gave me terrible quality jeans that are not as advertised. They are using the videos and likeness of other Tiktok influencers to promote their site as sponsored. They are scamming people by enrolling them in a VIP program for unauthorized monthly charges, sending an inaccurate product, or no product at all while refusing refunds. Their business practice violates Consumer Protection Laws. They are not clear and conspicuous about their terms in regard to refund policy, stating finale sale or their auto enroll membership program. A company cannot retroactively claim an item is non-refundable after the purchase if it wasn't stated before checkout.
