I have a company I’ve been communicating with on email trying to get a generator I have purchased on 8/3/25. I received a tracking number when purchased and tracked it from Australia to USA docked in California customs. The container went through customs and then got rejected. Worldwide Express was the company handling the shipment. The tracking recipe read I was to get ahold of seller . I thought that was worldwide Express job not the customers but I did their job. All I had was the name Norcerast on my bank receipt. It led to me emailing someone or something mailto:[email protected] and give them my information last 4 of card number, what i paid $99 , order receipt and order number etc . I did everything . I kept getting a return email saying what I needed to send into them and I kept sending the same thing what they were asking for. I got a phone call saying they were going to handle it and I would receive a call or email. That’s been before the holiday Labor Day. I was told to wait after the holiday, give them time and I would hear from them. Week later I’m emailing you BBB . I don’t want the $99 I want what I paid for was a generator. Yeah it’s worth lot more but that’s what the price was. So what ever it takes I’m getting that generator. Tired of companies running over us senior citizens. I’m Randy and if you can help I would appreciate it
