Applied for the Customer Agent Chat Email WFH $500 Sign-On Bonus position at AppenUSATalent. Completed interview and few hours later got offer and onboarding information. Everything seemed legit as far as company onboarding process and even the dashboard site. Got a little scammy one onboarding is done requested I pay for required certification courses in order to complete all steps. Feel crazy because I gave up personal information including bank account for direct deposit. But company seemed very legit until it was time to call them or even email - or when they asked for me to pay for a certificate course but never mentioned it previously until end of onboarding that's when I knew it was a scam plus started searching Google and found a lot of information said it was a scam. My first time ever experiencing and I can't believe I got scammed
