Description
The Brimfield Senior Center had fire in the Community room and now that building is almost finished, I said I would order curtains and pay with my debit card I purchased $671.83 worth of swags for the building. The order was placed on August 13, 2025, they took the money that same day. On August 18th I received an email saying a label had been issued to USPS and USPS has not received the curtains to be shipped as of today 9/9/2025. I have called 15 times sent emails and texts so many times I have forgotten how many. No response. I am on Social Security and cannot afford this loss.
