On April 22nd, I purchased merchandise from Benson & Clark in the amount of $331.94. I ordered jackets in size 3XL and 4XL and the ones that arrived resembled a size large at best. I returned the merchandise on May 10th--spent $100 of my own money to return the cheap garments to China. The package arrived in China on May 16th and has been sitting in customs since then. I filed a claim with USPS and was told that the sendee of the package had to provide further info for customs clearance and that they had to handle that asap. The company never did that and they never responded to my email about this. In fact, they blocked me preventing any further contact. I have since learned that I am not the first person this has happened to. This company is a scam--they take people's money online via purchases and either send them garbage weeks later or never send anything at all. Have a look at all of the TrustPilot reviews stating the same thing. Beware of this company and do not buy anything from them.
