Description
I used Trademark Nest to have my business trademarked. It was filed with the USPTO office on Jan 8th of 2024 and has been flagged as being a scam registration by the USPTO. I have emailed the USPTO and get the same response. I have called, emailed and chatted with Trademark Nest to be told that Richard Collins would contact me. Of course, I was never contacted. They always cut the chat off or hang up on you. They never return calls. Scammers!!! I HATE SCAMMERS!!!!!!!
