I received an email on 28Aug2025 indicating they received my order for two dog collars, which I didn't place. I reached out to support and indicated I never submitted this order request and they replied with a strange email indicating they cannot cancel the order, not addressing my concerns that I didn't place this order and it was potentially fraud. I noticed a package on 8Sep (I think I received it earlier on 7Sep but I wasn't home) and noticed a package addressed to me (name and address) from 'Jerry (001) - Yasfbara' and address '9208 Charles Smith Ave, Rancho Cucamonga CA 91730' I'm concerned they have my personal information and I never placed this order. I noticed a credit card transaction on 29Aug for 'RCH-olladeals' that I swiftly disputed and this aligns with the order total from the order for Noo-Bark.
