I contacted Justin Cooper on his Facebook page for live music entertainment for a large event. The event was 200 plus people Justin required a $300 deposit and promised to be there for live music services. Right up to minutes before the event he promised to be there and ultimately never showed up and refuses to return the deposit. I have since learned that Justin Cooper has done this at least six times and frauded between $300 and $500 from each individual and never returned their deposits. Justin Cooper continues to play live music in the local area of Belleville Campbellford and Tweed and continues to scan people for hundreds of dollars.
