Watched a reel on facebook.com belonging to vs-outletsale.com I clicked the link on the reel which took me to the website. Prices were great. Security checked out so i placed an order. ZOLIUJEOD showed up on my bank statement for the amount i purchased. Thought it was odd that it didn't just state the website. After several days they said it shipped and sent along a tracking number. 30 days went by so i contacted the seller without my order. On the tracking page it made it from Hong Kong to MY town in just 2 days. Seller said that my parcel was delivered per USPS on September 1st 2025. Yup a holiday. Apparently for this company the United States postal service was operating. I replied to the email saying the usps does not work on holidays and that my package was never delivered. Told the seller i wanted a full refund. The next email told me to check with neighbors, friends or family(who may have picked it up for me) and the post office. Welp the 2 neighbors i do have who live miles away, do not receive my package. The post office never received a parcel from Hong Kong. The post office also mentioned NOTHING was delivered by them on September 1. So i repeated all of this to the seller and yet again requested a full refund. I have yet to hear from them and its been 5 days since the apparent delivery and 43 days since i placed the order. When i went to this same website a few days ago it told me my account was not valid.
