This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.
On August 7th, 2025, I purchased a Canon g7x mark iii from Daniel Deluna also known on social media apps such as TikTok and Instagram “Alldaydealz”. He requested I paid in full in order for me to save a spot and how it may take a two weeks to get my camera. Two weeks came and Daniel continued to delay the date. On September 6th, 2025, Daniel’s Instagram account “Alldaydealz” was deactivated and his phone number was deactivated. I was able to find the new Instagram account that he created for his business now titled “Alldaydealz310”. I messaged him stating why is his phone deactivated if he has it on his new bio on Instagram. He stated my phone stopped working and my Instagram account was deactivated. He further replied stating he would have the camera ready on 9/12/2025. I requested a refund. He provided me a refund questionnaire that he had me complete. He informed me that I would receive my full refund on Friday, September 12th. I’ve read multiple accounts and comments from other individuals who have not received their refunds. It has taken him months to provide the refund and is inconsistent with his communication. He sells fake brand makeup, fake perfume, fake dysons, and does not deliver products. He is a scammer to the 10th degree.
