I am filing this complaint against LipoMax due to fraudulent and misleading business practices. On September 5, 2025, I purchased weight loss drops from the company for $350.00, with the understanding that I would receive the advertised product and service. The company promoted its product using a fraudulent podcast featuring Oprah Winfrey and Dr. Ania Jastreboff. This podcast was artificially created using AI from an original recording and falsely presented as an endorsement. It has since been confirmed through Dr. Jastreboff’s official website that she was not involved in this podcast. I have formally notified the company that I will no longer conduct business with them and requested both a full refund and an immediate cessation of all contact. To date, the company has not resolved this matter. At this time, I am seeking assistance from the Better Business Bureau to obtain a full refund and to ensure this fraudulent activity is properly documented. If the company does not respond promptly, I intend to pursue further action through the appropriate legal and regulatory channels.
