Description
Company called “Next Step Filing” contacted me about business LLC filing fees. They referenced specific Virginia Codes and that my filing date was almost past. They appeared to mimic communication from the State of Virginia regarding business registrations. The form the sent me was titled “2025-Annual Registration Instruction Form (Virginia LLCs) Final Notice”
