I found the flower shop online and I called to have funeral flowers sent to the funeral home. These were the main flowers for my father’s funeral that were supposed to go on the casket. I ordered a $164.00 spray arrangement and the night before the funeral I got an email that said they cancelled my order because they were unable me to fulfill the order. I did not see the email until two hours before the funeral ! I had to rush to the grocery store and purchase stemmed roses and put them in a vase next to the casket. This company completely left me with nothing to put on top of my father’s casket. Their email said they would refund my money and one month later I still have not been refunded my money.
